What's up in Washington? I subscribe to a feed from WashingtonWatch.com, and this morning I see a bunch of weird activity. Does anyone know the background on this set of recent bills? There seems to be a pattern, but the actual text of the bills haven't made it up onto the web yet.

going dark for a while FYI: We sold our home, but haven't lined up a new home to buy yet. So we'll be moving into some temporary housing, and I don't know if I'll be able to re-establish Brainopolis any time soon.

I'm afraid that is where Roller (and others?) are going. Past the point where it fulfills its primary function, but not to the point where people have stopped screaming for this or that.
